Why we started
Buying a mobile plan in another country used to mean queueing at an airport kiosk, handing over your passport and hoping the person behind the counter set it up correctly. eSIM technology made that unnecessary — but most online sellers replaced the queue with a faceless automated store that disappears the moment something goes wrong.
We built One Union Mobile to sit in the middle: the convenience of buying online, with a human checking every single profile before it reaches you, and a support line that answers when you are standing in a terminal with no signal.
What we sell
