    Your QR code lands in your inbox and your One Union Mobile dashboard, with step-by-step activation instructions for your exact device.

Activation

Installing your eSIM

These are the same instructions that arrive with your QR code. You can install on Wi-Fi at home before you fly.

  • Connect your phone to Wi-Fi.
  • iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Use QR Code. Android: Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > Add eSIM.
  • Scan the QR code shown in your dashboard (or in this email).
  • Label the new line "One Union Mobile" when prompted.
  • Turn ON Data Roaming for the One Union Mobile line — this is required and does not cost extra.
  • Set the One Union Mobile line as your Mobile Data line when you arrive at your destination.
  • No app download is needed — scanning the QR code is all it takes.
