Do I need to download any carrier app?

No. There is no app to install. We email you a QR code — scan it from your camera or Settings > Mobile/Cellular > Add eSIM and your line is live. A carrier app is only optional later for checking your balance.

What kind of plans do you sell?

What exactly is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. Instead of inserting a plastic card, you scan a QR code and a mobile data profile is installed. Your physical SIM keeps working alongside it.

How fast will I receive my QR code?

Accepted Answer

Most orders are provisioned and delivered within minutes. During very high demand it can take up to a few hours — you can always follow live status in your dashboard.

Will I keep my normal phone number?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One Union Mobile plans are data-only. Your home number stays active on your physical SIM, so WhatsApp, iMessage and calls over Wi-Fi keep working normally.

Can I install the eSIM before I travel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we recommend it. Install it while you still have Wi-Fi at home, then switch the line on when you land. Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network abroad.

What if my device is not compatible?

Check the Device Compatibility page or dial *#06# — if you see an EID number, your phone supports eSIM. If you ordered by mistake and have not installed the profile, contact support for a full refund.

Can I reuse the same QR code on another phone?

Accepted Answer

No. An eSIM QR code can only be installed once. If you change devices you will need a new plan, so install carefully on the phone you plan to travel with.

Do plans renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

Never. There is no autopay on One Union Mobile. Every plan is a one-off purchase, and we send you a reminder 48 hours and again 24 hours before it expires so you can decide whether to refill.

What happens when my plan expires?

We send you a reminder 48 hours before and again 24 hours before your plan ends, in your dashboard. Nothing is charged automatically — if you want to stay connected, you place a refill or a new order yourself.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if the eSIM has not been installed and the QR code has not been scanned we refund in full within 14 days. Installed profiles cannot be refunded because the carrier allocation is already consumed.
